Bespoke training programme designed to suit your lifestyle and goals - train when you want, how you want, where you want. This is for you if you want an affordable personalised training program without the cost of personal training

 

WHAT YOU GET FROM MY TRAINING PROGRAM:

  • A consultation to identify your goals and how you like to train - it’s all about you!

  • Movement screen – this helps me understand how you move and whether there are areas we need to work on to help with correct posture and range of movement. This can be completed in person at Jones’ Gym or online and is essential to ensure the workouts prescribed are the right fit for you

  • Personalised training plan - based on information you provide me I will design your training programme to meet your lifestyle and goals. Delivered via app to help track progress, including demo videos for all exercises

  • New plan every 4 - 6 weeks as standard, with enough variation so you don’t get bored!

  • Check-in end of each phase to make sure you are ready to progress and are on track

  • Online support via Messenger
