This option provides the most tailor-made plan to suit your needs, lifestyle and goals. I’ll be there for you every step of the way, coaching you correct technique, building your confidence, providing you with nutrition guidance and building healthier habits that you get to keep for life.

  • A consultation to identify your goals, likes and dislikes - it’s all about you!

  • Movement screen – this helps me understand how you move and whether there are areas we need to work on to help with correct posture and full range of movement. This is completed in person and is essential to ensure the workouts prescribed are the right fit for you

  • Personalised training plan - my sustainable approach will mean you get to achieve your goals AND we’ll have fun doing it too!

  • In-person training sessions to teach you correct technique and build confidence

  • Personalised training program to follow if training on your own in addition to our sessions (at home or the gym)

  • Nutrition coaching – I will ensure we take the guesswork out, provide you with options and troubleshooting to ensure you stick to the plan

  • Weekly check-in on progress

  • Access to my fitness community for more support, motivation & even some learning

  • 1:1 support throughout
